Jeff Johnson General Manager Jeff took over the general manager duties at Cedar Lodge during the Spring of 2006. An Iowa native Jeff returned to Iowa after living several years in Tucson Az. Jeff brings to the Cedar Lodge a wealth of culinary experience and he is thrilled to be overseeing the fine operation found at the Cedar Lodge.
Carolyn Mc Gee Cannon Carolyn has recently returned to her hometown of Manchester. She works as a hostess and also helps with marketing and promotions. Be sure to contact Carolyn for taking care of events held in our banquet room.
Josh Juengel Josh comes to Cedar Lodge from Tucson AZ. and serves as a cook. He previously worked at the Grande Canyon Squire Inn and Gorund Round restaurants.
Angie Wessel Angie joined the Cedar Lodge team in 2005. She serves guests and tends bars. Angie enjoys sporting activities.
Kurt Bessey Kurt , a cook, joined our team in the spring of 2006. He started his cooking experience back in his high school days. After high school he ventured from Iowa to Phoenix. After 10 years he returned to the Manchester area.
Patti Atwater Patti works at the Cedar Lodge as a cook. She and her family live in the Manchester area.
Chris Allen Chris is the Crazy Moose Saloon, assistant manager and bar manager. He recently graduated from the University of Iowa and resides in Lake Delhi.
